NORTHVILLE, Mich. – Freshman Lauryn Hoover and sophomore Chloe Jablonski paced the University of Michigan-Dearborn women's cross country team to a fourth-place finish Saturday morning (Sept. 11) in the Detroit Mercy Titan Invitational Women's Collegiate 5K.
Hoover (Grand Blanc High) was 23rd in 20:42 and Jablonski (Warren Woods Tower High) came in 25th in 20:45.1 at Cass Benton Park.
First-place Oakland University, Cleveland State and Detroit Mercy finished ahead of the Wolverines, who also got points from freshman Mary Bradshaw (21:02), junior Kylie Callison (21:12.6), junior Rebecca Bradsher (21:25.1), freshman Cassie McDougall (21:55.4) and senior Camryn Zurawski (22:04.7).
UM-Dearborn had seven finish in the Top 37 spots.
