ADRIAN, Mich. – The University of Michigan volleyball team, coming off a three-match winning streak, took that momentum in claiming the first set, 25-18, against a talented Siena Heights squad Saturday afternoon (Sept. 18).

However, the Saints (7-2, 3-1 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference) took the next three sets, 25-15, 25-21 and 25-19, to thwart the Wolverines' (4-8, 2-2) hopes for a big road win at SHU Fieldhouse.

Senior Gina Giacomini (Plymouth Canton) had another strong game, getting nine kills and 10 digs.

Sophomore setter Regan Rose (Decatur High) led UM-Dearborn with 24 assists, while sophomore Kielee Tondryk (Hampshire, Ill., High) contributed eight kills and sophomore Kenzie Mertz (Macomb Dakota) had 10 digs.
