WOLVERINES DROP GAME TWO AGAINST NO. 12 CALVIN

Dearborn, Mich. - The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's ice hockey team fell short in today's showing against No. 12 Calvin University. The Wolverines lost today with a score of 6-2 as Calvin University scored four unanswered goals to wrap up today's showing.

After a scoreless first period it was anyone's game still, however Calvin University scored two unanswered goals to give them the lead. Eight minutes into the second period Bailey Bird finds the back of the net putting the Wolverines to just one. Not long after that later in the same period fellow Wolverine Max Hartwell buried another power play, one timer to tie the game at 2-2. This gave the Wolverines life again and put them right back into the game.

However not long after Calvin would score another putting them back up 3-2 and they never looked back since, scoring three more unanswered goals and giving them the victory in today's showing. 

The Wolverines are back in action on Friday (Oct. 11) against Indiana Tech.
