Dan Blacker is entering his fourth year as the Facility & Events Senior Manager.
Blacker started with UM-Dearborn in September of 2011 as an recreational assistant. In October 2018, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Facility & Events Manager. He was then promoted to Facility & Events Senior manager in March 2020. Blacker will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, facilty rentals (Ice Arena & Gymnasium, and coordination of game days as well as managing all student employees in the department.
In addition to his day-to-day roles, Blacker serves on committee's for the departments All-Sport Banquet and Hall of Fame Golf Outing.
He currently resides in Livonia with his wife, Nicole.
