In the return of the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Player of the Week awards, freshman guard Bailey Stimac earns the inaugural award.
Stimac had a career day against Aquinas on Jan. 6 where she poured in a season-high 18 points on 7-of-15 shooting and 4-of-8 from behind the arc. The scoring onslaught marks the first time that Stimac scored in double figures in the Maize & Blue.
The St. Charles, Mich. native, ripped down a season-high seven rebounds in a tough 72-59 loss against the Saints.
Stimac and the Wolverines will look to go on the road on Saturday (Jan. 13) and take down the Racers from UNOH at The Garage.
