WASHINGTON, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (7-6-1, 3-4-1) women's soccer team traveled on the road to face off against the Rochester Warriors (10-5-0, 4-4-0) in a Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup. In total, 41 shots were taken in the contest in what was an offensive shootout. The Wolverines blanked the Warriors 4-0 thanks to a 10-save performance from Amelia Strochine

The Wolverines started off quickly as Emmi Pinkowski buried an open look off a decisive pass from Naida Saab in the attacking third. Pinkowksi's goal marks her nine of the season, giving her a tie for tops in the league. The Wolverines parried away six shots on frame from the Warriors in the opening 45 minutes to preserve a 1-0 lead.

The Wolverine offense exploded for three goals in the second on only nine shots. Talia List scored the Wolverines' second goal right after the whistle blew, starting the second half. Natalie Bicego possessed the ball shortly after kickoff, carrying it past the halfway line and into the attacking third. Bicego found List waiting for the pass and slotted it into the back of the net.

Soon after, in the 51st minute, Rena Arabi scored an unassisted goal to boost her to four on the season. The fourth and final goalscorer was Juju Kleit in the 78th minute when Kyla Dusicska found her open for the open chance, and Kleit deposited it into the back of the net.
