NEW ORLEANS, La. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (2-2) fell twice on day two of the Wolfpack Welcome hosted by Loyola University New Orleans. Sydney Eggleton and Marisa Fetterley were named to the All-Tournament Team after showing a strong effort after two days. 

The Wolverines dropped game one of the day after they fell in five sets to Evangel (MO) in five sets. Sydney Eggleton led all scorers with 21 points after she tallied 16 kills on the day. Eggleton dopped in four aces and a pair of blocks to round out her day. Kielee Tondryk had a strong game as she tallied 14 kills and a .250 kill percentage. Regan Rose dished out 49 assists, while Kenzie Mertz led the Wolverines with 20 digs. 

UM-Dearborn struggled in game two of the day as they were swept in straight sets by the host, Loyola New Orleans. The Maize & Blue made 26 errors in the contest, plaguing them throughout. The Wolverines head north after finishing 2-2  on their opening weekend.
