GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (9-10, 5-5) volleyball team traveled west to Mol Arena to take on the Cornerstone Golden Eagles (10-10, 5-5) in a midweek matchup. Sydney Eggleton's 14 kills led the Wolverines, but would fall in the contest 3-0.

Despite having more kills than the Golden Eagles, the Wolverines were plagued by errors. 33, to be exact. Comparatively, the Golden Eagles had sixteen, further proving to be the difference maker in the contest. However, Eggleton was not a victim of the Wolverine's misfortunes as she was on fire all night, burying 14 kills on 28 swings (.321). Eggleton recorded a double-double as she added 10 digs.

Brooke Wetherill was the only other Wolverine with a kill percentage over .200, as she tallied six kills in 13 swings (.308). Regan Rose averaged 12 assists per set as she handed out 36 assists and finished just shy of a double-double with nine kills.
