Reynolds Drops 22 in Loss Against Holy Cross

DEARBORN, Mich. -- The University of Michigan-Dearborn (2-10) men's basketball team faced Holy Cross (4-8) in a nail-biting game that ended in a loss with a score of 86-79. Despite the defeat, UM-Dearborn put up a good fight throughout the game. 

Jackson Reynolds had an impressive performance, scoring 22 points for UM-Dearborn. Andrew Leamy also played well, scoring 18 points and making four 3-pointers. Jimmy Breaux contributed 12 points and eight rebounds, and Joshua Warren added 11 points.

Despite these solid individual performances, Holy Cross was able to take the lead early in the game and maintain it throughout. Desmond Davie had an outstanding game, scoring 31 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Drew Adzia also played well, scoring 16 points and making all five free throws.

UM-Dearborn struggled with turnovers, committing 13 in total. Holy Cross capitalized on these turnovers, scoring 18 points off of them. UM-Dearborn also struggled from beyond the arc, making only nine out of 27 3-point attempts.

UM-Dearborn travels to Findlay on Friday (Dec. 29) to take on NCAA Division II foe Findlay University.
