Central Michigan tops UM-Dearborn in Exhibition

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's basketball traveled to NCAA Division I Central Michigan University for an exhibition contest with the Chippewas Tuesday at McGuirk Arena in Mt. Pleasant, Mich.

The Wolverines well to CMU 102-62 in the exhibition.

Zach Lattimer scored all 11 of his points in the first half, hitting three-3-pointers. Jason Gigliotti added 11 points and a team-high seven rebounds, while Jalen Paul finished with eight points, five rebounds, and three assists. Damian Forrest came off the bench to add eight points, four rebounds, and a block.

The Wolverines shot 24-of-57 from the field, 9-of-24 from deep and 5-of-7 from the line.

CMU was led by Dallas Morgan with 23 points and five rebounds off the bench.

The result and statistics will not impact UM-Dearborn's overall records this season.

The Wolverines (4-0) return to action against Grace University at 2 pm Friday in Rio Grande, Ohio.
