Jackson Reynolds Earns WHAC Offensive Player of the Week

DEARBORN, Mich. -- For the first time since January 2020, the University of Michigan-Dearborn men's basketball team had an individual receive WHAC Weekly honors. After coming four points shy of the WHAC single-game scoring record (45), Jackson Reynolds received WHAC Offensive Player of the Week. 

The sophomore phenom scored a career-high 40 points in a come-from-behind victory over UNOH on Saturday (Dec. 7). Reynolds scored 26 points in the second half, including 3-of-4 from behind the arc and 9-of-12 from the charity stripe to help the Wolverines outscore the Racers 49-39 in the second half to earn their second conference game of the season. Reynolds shot 52% (11-21) from the field and was 15-of-20 from the free throw line, playing all 40 minutes.
