LIVONIA, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (1-9, 0-5) men's basketball team fell in a road contest on Tuesday (Nov. 22) against Madonna (5-2, 3-2). The Crusaders won 108-77 inside ACCU Arena.
UM-Dearborn Leaders
Elwood Tomlinson led the Wolverines with 18 points on 7-of-17 shooting and 4-of-9 from behind the arc. Bass Ollie scored 13 points on a perfect 8-of-8 from the free-throw line and led the Wolverines with nine rebounds. Maurice Anderson rounded out the scoring with 12 points and three rebounds.
Madonna Leaders
Mark Mettie led the Crusaders with a game-high 20 points and eight rebounds. Henry Speights Chipped in 19 points on 8-of-15 shooting and five assists. Brendan Young was a force on the glass, hauling an astounding 20 rebounds and adding 14 points. Matthew Maclellan and RJ Nunn rounded out the scoring with 13 and 11 points, respectively.
