SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (1-6, 0-3) women's basketball team dropped a road matchup against Lawrence Tech (2-3, 1-1) on Wednesday (Nov. 16). Siena Smith recorded a double-double in a 71-46 loss.
UM-Dearborn Leaders
Smith led the Wolverines with 12 points on 5-of-13 shooting. Smith added a game-high 10 rebounds and four blocks. India Grissom scored 11 points to round out the scoring for the Wolverines.
Lawrence Tech Leaders
LTU shot 41.5% from the floor (27-of-65) and 93.8 (15-16) from the charity stripe. Jade Faris had a game-high 18 points and connected on eight of her 11 field goal attempts. Faris hauled in seven rebounds to lead the Blue Devils. Maggie Long added 15 points on 5-of-12 shooting. Addie Nagel and Kendall Fisher rounded out the scoring for LTU, recording 12 and 11 points, respectively.
