DEARBORN, Mich.Tara Peladeau and the University of Michigan-Dearborn (3-2-0, 1-2-0) women's ice hockey team wrapped up the second of a two-game series against Adrian College (2-2-0) on Saturday (Oct. 15). Peladeau made 14 saves in her second consecutive shutout.

The Wolverine forecheck was rolling as they spent most of the first period in their offensive zone. However, the Wolverines could only score once, despite outshooting the Bulldogs 26-3 in the opening period.

Dearborn would add to their lead in the second period when Vivian Kowalske and Samantha Sensoli found the back of the net. Kowalske gave the Wolverines a two-goal lead as she scored 10:19 into the second period. Lexi Garbacik and Alex Fosse added assists on the goal. Samantha Sensoli made it 3-0 six minutes later when Andi Evers and Madison Schroeder set her up perfectly for the added insurance.

Andi Evers scored the fourth and final goal on the power play when Fosse and Schroeder added their second assists of the game.

The Wolverines outshot the Bulldogs 51-14 in the series finale.
