Men's Ice Hockey Tabbed to Finish Second in WHAC Preseason Poll

DEARBORN, Mich. -- The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's ice hockey team was picked to finish second in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference Preseason Poll. 

The Wolverines return their second-leading scorer from the 2021-22 season in Brendan West. West tallied 21 goals and 31 assists during the 21-22 campaign. 

Kayden Pickles returns as the Wolverine netminder after starting 15 games last year. The Junior posted a .921 save percentage and 10 wins in those games. 

The Wolverines open up WHAC play on Friday (Oct. 7) against Concordia (MI) at the Fieldhouse. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
