DEARBORN, Mich. -- Kenzie Mertz and Kielee Tondryk of the University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball team were awarded Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors for their performances during the week of September 16th. 

Mertz was named Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season and the second time in as many weeks. Mertz averaged 6.7 digs/set in a two-game week. 

Tondryk received Offensive Player of the Week after two dominant performances on the court. Tondryk averaged six kills/set with a .343 kill percentage. Furthermore, Tondryk had 42.5 points and averaged 6.1 pts/set. The fifth-year senior led both matches in kills and points.
