KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Regan Rose secured the University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball's first NAIA Player of the Week award in program history. Rose was named Setter of the Week after a phenomenal week at the Clarke University Invite. The NAIA's Player of the Week award dates back to 2004.
Rose currently leads the NAIA in assists/s after handing out 59 and 61 assists in the final two games. Rose was integral to the Wolverine's come-from-behind victory over Mount Marty in a five-set thriller. Rose recorded a double-double against Briar Cliff after tallying 15 digs to go with her 59 assists.
Rose and the Wolverines will return on Friday (Aug.30) at the CIU Invitational in Columbia, S.C.
