GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball team dropped a midweek matchup to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference foe Aquinas College Wednesday in Grand Rapids, Mich.

The Wolverines fell in three sets to the Saints. The set scores were 25-14, 25-9, 25-21. The loss drops UM-Dearborn to 2-15 overall and 1-7 in the WHAC.

Sabrina Giacomini and Mackenzie Zook each finished with a team-high four kills, while Daniella Barile had nine assists. Regan Sliwinski recorded five total blocks and Mallory Lynch had a team-high 15 digs to lead the UM-Dearborn defense

Aquinas was led by Payton Klein with eight kills and five total blocks.

The Wolverines return to action Concordia University at 5 pm Friday in Ann Arbor, Mich.
