DEARBORN, Mich. -- The University of Michigan-Dearborn (2-8-1, 0-4-0) men's soccer team equalized early in the second half on a Hassan Jaber goal, but Cornerstone (5-2-4, 2-1-1) was able to unseat the Wolverines with a pair of late goals.

CU controlled much of the opening half, and the score reflected that as the Golden Eagles went into the break up 1-0 after Christian Galloway's goal in the 22nd minute.

Hassan Jaber equalized the match in the 51st minute when he slotted one past the Golden Eagle keeper and opened his account on the season. The tie lasted 18 minutes until CU was able to break through and tally their second goal of the contest.

In a last-ditch effort to try and find a second equalizer, the Golden Eagles caught the Wolverines on their heels and scored the third goal, and sealed the victory for Cornerstone.
