GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- Elijah Burlak was stellar in net for the University of Michigan-Dearborn (3-5-1, 0-2-0) men's soccer team on Wednesday (Sept. 28). Burlak made 13 saves against Aquinas (5-3-1, 2-0-0) but his effort was not enough in the 2-0 defeat against the Saints. 

The Saints put one past Burlak in the 8th minute. But would not manage anything else the rest of the half. Burlak made nine saves in the half to keep the match at 1-0 heading into the break. The Saints would not manage anything else until the 70th minute, when they would beat Burlak for the final time and make it 2-0.

Burlak and the Wolverines are back in action on Saturday (Oct.1) against UNOH at Star International Academy. Kick-off is set for 3 pm.
