DEARBORN, Mich.-- The University of Michigan-Dearborn (1-3-1, 0-2-0) women's soccer team faced off against one of the top teams in the country on Wednesday (Sept 28). The Wolverines took on #17 Aquinas College (6-2-1, 2-0-0) at Star International Academy. The Saints bested the Wolverines 3-0. 

The Saints scored early in the first on an Avery Tack goal in the sixth minute. The Wolverines would minimize the damage heading into the locker room down 1-0. Amber Festian faced four shots in 54 minutes, making three saves. 

The Saints took control in the second half, putting two goals into the back of the net to take the 3-1 victory.
