STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. -- The University of Michigan-Dearborn bowling team participated in the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree on Saturday (Dec. 7) at 5-Star Lanes. The men's team took 7th out of 11 teams, while the women took 11th out of 11. Nathan Roberts was the top competitor between the two teams as he took ninth.
Roberts tallied another top-10 finish as his impressive 256 in his opening game paved the way to a successful afternoon. Joey DeVita finished in 37th after rolling a 585. Joshua Schunemann rounded out the Wolverines playing in all three games with a 76th-place finish.
Madison Shelton had the highest individual finish on the women's team, finishing 44th overall. Shelton rolled a 518 with a single-game high of 230. Mackenzie Shelton finished close behind her sister, and she finished in 49th after rolling a 512. Katrina McKay rounded out the Wolverines that participated in all three games as she took home 58th after rolling a 481.
