JACKSON, Mich. -- The University of Michigan-Dearborn bowling team competed in the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference competition on Saturday (Sept. 28). The men's team finished 11th while the women's team took home 13th. 

Josh Schunemann was the top finisher for the Wolverines, as his high of 234 helped him jump into the top-25. Nathan Roberts rolled a 514 in his three-game series, seeing him take 54th. Joey DeVita was right behind him in 58th as he rolled a 510. 

In the women's competition, Lilly Adams took home 36th, rolling a 503 with a high of 193. Madison Shelton took home 52nd as she rolled a 168 and 182 in her three-game series. Juanita Higgins was close behind in 60th as she rolled a 445 on the day.
