Rebounding Plauges Wolverines in 103-72 Loss

LIVONIA, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's basketball team dropped a road contest against the Madonna Crusaders 103-72 on Saturday (Feb. 3). The Crusaders were too strong on the glass as they outrebounded the Wolverines 52-22. 

Jackson Reynolds performed exceptionally well for Michigan-Dearborn, scoring 23 points, while Collin Miller added 16 points to the team's total score. However, it was not enough to match Madonna's strong performance.

Isaac Anderson was the top scorer for Madonna, adding 21 points to the team's total score. Devin Dunn and Matthew MacLellan each contributed 16 and 12 points respectively. Brendan Young added 12 points to the score. Madonna's reserves also played a crucial role in the team's victory, with Jermaine Davis, Josh Waun, and Sho-Ron Graham scoring a combined 20 points. The game witnessed  20 three-pointers, with Madonna making 14  and Michigan-Dearborn making six. Madonna also had more rebounds than Michigan-Dearborn, with a total of 52 rebounds compared to Michigan-Dearborn's 22 rebounds.
