DEARBORN, Mich. — The University of Michigan-Dearborn women's hockey team returned to action Saturday afternoon, closing out a CCWHA weekend series against the Penn State Nittany Lions.

The Wolverines would rely on the trio of Kaylee Keledjian, Madison Schroeder, and Samantha Sensoli as all three linemates found the back of the net, securing the 4-0 win and the series sweep of Penn State.

UM-Dearborn bounced back from a slow start in Friday's contest as Keledjian opened the scoring seven minutes into the first with Schroeder and Sensoli adding assists. The Wolverines extended their lead to two as Andi Evers finished off a fantastic individual effort by burying a low shot passed the Nittany Lion goaltender.

Sensoli and Schroeder both added goals just three minutes apart early in the second period and UM-Dearborn never looked back on its way to the victory. Keledjian and Schroeder added assists on the Sensoli tally, while Keledjian and Paige Finlay set up the goal by Schroeder.

Freshman goaltender Kenna Borso got the shutout in victory, making 25 saves in her CCWHA debut.
