Wolverines fall to Warriors on Senior Day

BEVERLY HILLS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn lacrosse returned to action against the Indiana Tech Warriors in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday night in Beverly Hills, Mich on Senior Day.

Before the game, Seniors Jon Chaffee and Adam Ranck were honored for their handwork and dedication to the lacrosse program.

Indiana Tech jumped out to a big lead after the first quarter, striking nine times in the opening frame, on its to a 26-1 win over the Wolverines. 

Freshman Bryce Washington scored the lone goal for UM-Dearborn, continuing his strong offense output with his ninth of the season.

The loss drops the Wolverines to 0-5 overall and 0-5 in the WHAC.

Jon Chaffee got the start in goal, making 11 saves. The Warriors held the edge in ground balls 43-19, and face-offs 24-6.
