GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's golf team wrapped up day two at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree No. 1 Saturday at The Mines Golf Club in Grand Rapids, Mich.
The Wolverines shot a 332 in round one and a 341 in the closing 18 holes to card a two-day score of 673, finishing in ninth place out of 11 teams. Madonna University did not finish round two and did not qualify a team score.
UM-Dearborn was led by Logan Willoughby with an 80 on day one and an 84 on day two, tying for 32nd overall. Ryan Gniewek was tied for 41st, while Mike Mercier was tied for 43rd.
The Wolverines close the fall portion of the 2019-20 season at the third WHAC Jamboree Monday and Tuesday at Northville Hills Golf Club in Northville, Mich.
