VANCOUVER, Wash. – Two UM-Dearborn cross country student-athletes wrapped up their 2023 season at the NAIA National Championships on Friday (Nov. 17). Kylie Callison left setting a new program best of 166th out of 333 competitors. Joe Seibert also had a great run, taking 126th out of 333.

After her second split, Callison sat in 223rd; Callison turned it up over the next four kilometers, moving up 57 spots. Callison crossed the finish line in her last collegiate race in 166th, posting a final time of 24:14.1. 

Seibert came out of the gates quickly, running his first two splits in 6:10.7. Seibert was in 92nd place then. Seibert's pace fell slightly over the next four kilometers, dropping to 139th. Seibert ramped up the pace with two kilometers remaining, climbing 13 spots to finish 126th.
