Wolverines Conclude Events at Ray Bullock Invite

UPLAND, Ind. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn cross-country teams traveled down to Upland, Indiana, to run in the Ray Bullock Invitational hosted by Taylor University. The women's team finished sixth, while the men finished seventh and the top male team among all WHAC competitors. 

 

Mikayla Borg was the top female competitor as she took home 29th place and finished with a time of 24:29.3. Senior Kylie Callison finished one second behind her to take home 30th place. Samantha Turner crossed the finish line in 25 minutes exactly, which was good enough for 40th place. 

 

In the men's race, Brett Leidal finished in 29th place with a 26:37.5. Joe Seibert was the next competitor averaging a 5:27 pace to finish in 40th place. Brendan Buckner's time of 27:44.1 gave him 62 place averaging a 5:35 mile.
