FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's cross country team competed at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championship this past weekend in Fort Wayne, Ind.
The Wolverines put together a strong performance, placing third in the event.
Leading UM-Dearborn was Ryan Exell, finishing in seventh place overall with a time of 25:51.5. Josh Mussen posted a time of 25:57.0, placing him in 10th, while Jorden Sowash came in 16th place with a time of 26:09.3.
Cornerstone University took the first place finish in the event.
UM-Dearborn will now wait to find out if members of the team will qualify for the NAIA National Championships in two weeks.
