Wolverines Sweep Rochester Behind 30 Goals

DEARBORN, Mich. -- The #13 University of Michigan-Dearborn (11-0-0, 8-0-0) men's ice hockey team unleashed an offensive clinic on Friday (Nov. 3) and Saturday (Nov. 4) as they took on the Rochester Warriors (0-10-0, 0-8-0) in a WHAC action. The Wolverines swept the Warriors to continue their impressive unbeaten streak to start the season. 

All 18 skaters recorded a point in Saturday's contest. Joey Cullinan tallied 10 points on five goals and five assists between the two games. Through 11 games, Cullinan had 33 points and is +11 on the season.

In Friday's contest, Brendan West secured another milestone as he notched his 200th point of his career. West scored two goals and dished out seven assists in the two games and leads the team with 24 assists. 

Declan Flanagan had a strong showing, as the blue liner scored a goal in each game while also dishing out five assists. 

The Wolverines scored nine powerplay goals, converting at a 60% clip between the two games. 

The #13 Wolverines will take on #10 Indiana Tech next Friday (Nov. 10) in what will be one of the most highly anticipated series of the year.
