DEARBORN, Mich. - The University of Michigan-Dearborn women's golf team is set to open year one as a varsity program later this month. 

Averey Potter signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Wolverines prior to the season. Potter is from New Boston, Mich., and attended Huron High School.
