UM-Dearborn women place 10th at WHAC No. 4

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn women's bowling team concluding the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference regular season with the fourth WHAC Jamboree Saturday at Plaza Lanes in Plymouth, Mich.

The Wolverines finished 10th out of the 13 teams with a total of 5,671 pins and a 787.64 average. The team title was won by Indiana Tech with 6,745 pins. The Wolverines end the regular season in 11th place in the overall standings.

Danielle McBride led the Wolverines with a 23rd place finish overall with 678 pins and an average of 169.5.

Jessica Ludwick was 30th with 663 pins and a 165.75 average, while reigning WHAC Bowler of the Week Amanda Williams was 34th, followed by Carly Scanlon in 37th. Cierra Murphy rounded out the Wolverine bowlers, finishing in 63rd.

The Wolverines compete next at the WHAC Championship hosted by Indiana Tech on Feb. 22.
