DEARBORN, Mich. -- University of Michigan-Dearborn men's golfer Mahmoud Saad was named Second Team All-Conference, the league announced on Monday (Apr. 22). Saad closed out his final WHAC Championships with his best finish of his career tying for third in challenging conditions all weekend. 

Saad was strong in his opening round as he sat second on the leaderboard after an opening round 71. Saad fell a few spots in his second round after firing a 77 and finishing day one in fifth place. Saad needed a big day in his final round and delivered as he carded a 74 to help him finish in a tie for third place and have the best individual finish for the Wolverines at the WHAC Championships. 

Brenden Pultorak was named to the Champions of Character team, while four individuals received WHAC All-Academic awards. The entire list can be found below.
