DEARBORN, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (7-6-2, 3-4-2) women's soccer team welcomed the Indiana Tech Warriors (4-9-2, 2-5-2) to Crestwood High School on Saturday (Oct. 13) for Senior Day. The Wolverines honored their five seniors and would send them out pleased as they shared the points against the Warriors in a 1-1 draw.

The Warriors etched their name onto the scoresheet first as they drew a foul in the box after the ball struck the hand of a Wolverine defender inside the penalty area. The Warriors converted the try and took the 1-0 lead 30 minutes into the contest. After a skirmish in front of the Warriors net, both teams went down to nine outfield players. The Wolverines would go into the locker room trailing 1-0 with a shortened bench.

Head Coach George Easter would collect his girls during the break, and 1:34 into the second half, the Wolverines would find the equalizer off the boot of Emmi Pinkowski, who netted her 10th goal of the season. The Wolverines would outshoot the Warriors 6-2 in the second half but could not find the go-ahead goal, resulting in the 1-1 tie at the end of 90 minutes.
