FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (4-2-0) women's soccer team made the trip northwest to Fort Wayne, Ind. to wrap up their non-conference schedule against Saint Francis (Ind.) (2-4-2). The Wolverines continued an impressive win streak as they defeated the Cougars 1-0 on a late second half goal from Nadia Saab.

Both teams exchanged shots on goal in the first half but the Wolverines were able to create more scoring chances as they outshot the Cougars 6-4 in the opening 45. The Cougars were able to shut down the Wolverines top goal scorer Emmi Pinkowski, holding her without a shot on frame.

The Cougars seemingly took control of the game in the second half forcing the Wolverines to make three saves compared to just one for the Cougars. However, the Wolverines would get the last laugh as Nadia Saab and Talia List linked up in the 63rd minute to give the Wolverines the lead late in the contest.

The Maize & Blue would hold off the Cougars for the remaining 27 minutes at Bishop D'Arcy Stadium to extend their win streak to four games.
