DEARBORN, Mich.-- Brandon Tirador and The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's golf team played in The Rupp golf tournament at TPC Michigan on Monday (Oct.9). Tirador took home another top-10 finish at the 36-hole shootout after he put together rounds of 76 and 82 to finish in a three-way tie at 158. As a team, the Wolverines finished 10th out of 14 teams.
Tirador looked strong in chilly fall conditions as he carded a 76, putting him second on the leaderboard after 18 holes. The afternoon session saw Tirador fall a few spots down in the leaderboard after penciling in an 82.
Brendan Pultorak was the only other Wolverine to finish inside the top-25, finishing in a seven-man tie for 23rd. Pultorak shot an 81 in his second round, four shots better than his 85 in the opening 18. Mahmoud Saad finished t-44th with a 171. Ali Elhage finished his day with a 174.
