Dearborn, MI - The volleyball team played two WHAC matches on Saturday as part of a crossover weekend. The team started out by playing Siena Heights. After battling hard for the majority of the first set, Siena Heights pulled away at the end winning 25-18. The Wolverines came out strong in the second set only to fall 25-22. Siena Heights jumped out early in the third set and never looked back winning it 25-8.

In the second match of the day for Michigan-Dearborn, they played the 22nd ranked Madonna University Crusaders. Madonna showed why they are ranked winning the first two sets 25-9 and 25-14. The Wolverines would fight back in the third set winning it 29-27. The fourth set went back and forth set until Madonna took control late winning the set 25-20. The volleyball team wil next travel to Southfield to take on the Lawrence Tech Blue Devils Wednesday at 7:00pm.
