Wolverines Conclude Regular Season in Road Loss Against Indiana Tech

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn (8-20. 5-15) women's basketball team played their final game of the regular season on Wednesday (Feb. 15) against Indiana Tech (23-4, 17-2) at the Schaefer Center. Tech walked away with the contest winning 73-46.

 

UM-Dearborn Leaders

India Grissom was the only Wolverine in double digits scoring 10 points on 4-7 shooting from the field. Grissom added three rebounds and dished out a pair of assists. Siena Smith led the Wolverines with seven rebounds in the loss. 

 

Indiana Tech Leaders

Erika Foy led all scorers with 14 points on 6-11 shooting. Foy ripped down 14 rebounds to record a double-double. Kyra Whitaker added 13 points for the Warriors connecting on three triples, and was 4-4 from the charity stripe. The Warriors shot 42.2% from the field and outrebounded the Wolverines 48-38.
