Kayla enters her third season as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team. Knight enters her first season with the title of Associate Head Coach.

 

She played her college years here at U of M Dearborn. Kayla was a part of the 18-19 season that broke the program record with 24 wins, as well as receiving the WHAC Champions of Character award during the 19-20 season. 

 

Knight, a native of Ypsilanti, Mich., earned her Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering here at UMD.
