Madonna tops UM-Dearborn Men's Soccer 4-0

LIVONIA, Mich. - The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's soccer team fell to (RV) Madonna University 4-0 in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday in Livonia, Mich.

The Woverines recorded four shots, with one on goal in the loss that saw Madonna get two goals each from Nico Gonzalez and Yuri Farkas. The loss drops UM-Dearborn to 3-9 overall and 1-7 in the WHAC.

Tristan Johnson (FR/Taylor, MI) continues to start and play strong for the Wolverines in net. He made eight saves as the Crusaders outshot UM-Dearborn 19-4. Matt McCourt (SR/Trenton, MI) recorded the lone shot on goal for the Wolverines.

UM-Dearborn plays the second of three straight on the road, traveling to No. 5 Davenport University at 7 p.m. Saturday in Grand Rapids, Mich.
