UM-Dearborn men place 5th at WHAC No. 4

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's bowling team recorded its best finish of the season at a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree at the fourth league event of the season Saturday at Astro Lanes in Madison Heights, Mich.

The Wolverines finished in a tie for fifth place with a team score of 902.22, equaling the effort of Siena Heights University. UM-Dearborn enters the WHAC Championships in 11th place in the league standings.

Ryan Jowske led the Wolverines, finishing in seventh individually with 806 total pins and a 201.5 pin average in four games bowled. He recorded a 225 in the third and fourth games.

Aaron Stubbs was 19th in the individual standings with 761 total pins and a 190.25 average. Michael Allen was 30th, followed by Chevy Pawlik in 36th and Joshua Hall in 57th.

The Wolverines return to action at the WHAC Conference Championships on March 2.
