Wolverine bowling in action at WHAC Jamboree No. 3

DEARBORN, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's and women's bowling teams competed at the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree of the 2018-19 season Saturday at Westgate Bowl in Comstock Park, Mich.

The Wolverine men finished 13th out 13 teams and sit in 12th place in the league standings after three events, while the women were 12th out of 12 teams and enter the final Jamboree in 12th place.

Individually, the men were led by Ryan Jowske in 57th with a pin average of 178.25. He bowled his best game of the day in round two with a 209. DJ Jablonski was 73rd, while Chevy Pawlik finished 81st.

For the Wolverine women, Kayla Miller led the way in 55th place, with a game-high of 170. Rylan Owens was 59th, while Olivia Duron finished in 63rd and Emilee Lablanc in 64th.

The Wolverines return to action after the New Year at WHAC Jamboree No. 4 hosted by Rochester College on Feb. 2 at Madison Park Bowl in Madison Heights, Mich.
