Wolverines compete at WHAC Jamboree No. 1

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's and women's bowling teams competed at the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree of the season and in program history Saturday at Sterling Heights Lanes in Sterling Heights, Mich.

The Wolverine men finished 12th out of 13 teams with a total of 6,042, while the women, competing for the first time ever as a varsity program, finished 13th with 3,401.

Individually, Michael Allen led the Wolverine men with an average 178.5 pins and was 33rd best at the event. Joshua Hall was 38th with an average of 174 and DJ Jablonski was 41st with 172.5, including a 206 in his third game.

For the women, Kayla Miller was 52nd with a 142.5 average, while Olivia Duron was 64th with an average of 129.25. Emily Leblanc was 70th at 117.75.
