Wolverines close season on Senior Day

RIVERVIEW, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn women's soccer team closed the third season in program history with Senior Day against Indiana Tech Saturday at Gabriel Richard High School in Riverview, Mich.
Indiana Tech scored a pair of second-half goals to top the Wolverines 2-0. UM-Dearborn's season ends with a record of 2-13-0 overall and 1-10-0 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference.
In a ceremony prior to the start of the game, UM-Dearborn honored the careers of seniors Jenna Rogers and Claire Slamka, who played in their final game for the Wolverines.
Indiana Tech got a goal from Molly Ames four minutes into the second half and got an insurance goal in the closing moments to secure the win. The Warriors outshot the Wolverines 18-10, while Jordan Anheuser made six saves in the loss.
Kylie Cornwell led the UM-Dearborn offense with three shots on goal.
