SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn women's soccer team fell to Lawrence Tech in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday in Southfield, Mich.
The Blue Devils scored two in the first half and added an insurance goal in the second half to top the Wolverines 3-0. UM-Dearborn falls to 1-3-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the WHAC.
Jordan Anheuser made six saves for the Wolverines in the loss, as LTU outshot UM-Dearborn 18-4. Lauren Wasiak scored two goals for LTU.
The Wolverines continue WHAC action against league newcomer Cleary University at 4 pm Saturday in Howell, Mich.
