GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's soccer team took on the Aquinas Saints in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup Thursday night in Grand Rapids, Mich.
After a scoreless first half, the Saints offense struck four times in a 13-minute span, securing a 4-1 victory over the Wolverines. Jack Barnett had the loan goal for UM-Dearborn, breaking the shutout in the 82nd minute. The Wolverines finish the season 1-7-0 overall and 1-7-0 in the WHAC.
Austin Dukes got the start in goal for UM-Dearborn, making seven saves. Aquinas held the edge in shots 19-13, while corner kicks were in favor of the Wolverines, 4-3.
