Johnson Earns Another Shutout as Men's Soccer Wins 4-0

Ann Arbor, MI - After a week where he was named the WHAC's Defensive Player of the Week, junior soccer goalie Aaron Johnson continued his shutout streak as the Michigan-Dearborn Wolverines defeated the Concordia University Cardinals 4-0 in the conference opener. Sophomore Richard Hodnicki had a hat trick while senior Kosai Zaya scored the Wolverines other goal. The shutout streak for Johnson has reached three games. He played in the second half of the team's 3-0 win over Cleary and then played the entire game in the team's 5-0 victory over Rochester College. Hodnicki's hat trick gives him five goals on the year in just four games. The soccer team plays host to Rochester College on Tuesday night at 8:00pm at Edsel Ford High School.
