Craig Cotter is entering his second year as the Wolverines' Head Coach. Cotter spent his first three years as an assistant coach and became the interim Head Coach for the 2021-22 season. Cotter brings more than 15 years of College and High School coaching experience.

Cotter, a native of Holland, MI, and now a Dearborn resident for more than 30 years, is the owner of the Michigan Strategy Baseball Academy, established in 2012. His last stop was the head coach at Livonia Clarenceville High School varsity baseball from 2014-2018. Cotter led the Trojans to 2 league championships, 2 District championships, a Regional Championship, and a Regional title, a first for the program. In addition, the team reached the state quarterfinals in 2018. 

Cotter has also been a site director for the US Baseball Academy, an instructor and site director with the Crossroads Baseball Showcase Series, and led the USA Team Detroit 15U team to a goal medal at the 2013 International Children's Games in Canada. In addition, Cotter is a member of the American Baseball Coaches Association.

Cotter currently resides in Dearborn with his wife Shawn and has three grown children and a grandchild.
